Pre-spraying machine for producing the adhesive bond between layers with asphalt emulsions according to TL BE‑StB 15 and other suitable cold binders as a truck-mounted spraying machine for installation on a carrier vehicle (truck and trailer). The tank, binder pump drive, and spray bar modules are customized to meet the corresponding customer requirements and so they fit on the carrier vehicle.

• Net capacity of 600 l to 10,000 l
• Spray bars for spraying widths from 1.60 m to 4.50 m, manually or hydraulically adjustable
• Additional modules: Front–mounted sweeper roller, asphalt boiler for sealing seams and edges, diesel transport tank for refueling other construction vehicles, as well as water tanks with pump systems to fill the road rollers.
